Fermi LAT Weekly Report N. 246



Covered period: 2013.Feb.18 - 2013.Feb.24
LAT Mission week: 246.57 - 247.57

  • PKS 1424-418, PKS 0454-234, and 4C +38.41 were detected in at least 4 days with flux in the range 0.9-1.6, 0.4-0.8, and 0.6-1.0, respectively.
  • MG1 J123931+0443 was detected on Feb. 18 and 20 with flux 0.9 and 1.1, while PKS 0426-380 on Feb. 19 and 23 with flux 0.2 and 0.7.
  • Sporadic activity (fluxes above 1.0) was observed from PKS 1510-08 (1.6 on Feb. 24).
  • Sporadic activity (fluxes below 1.0) was observed from PMN J2250-2806 (0.6 on Feb. 18), 3C 66A (0.4 on Feb. 18), PKS 0537-441 (0.6 on Feb. 20), B3 1343+451 (0.3 on Feb. 20), PKS 1124-186 (0.5 on Feb. 20), 3C 454.3 (0.7 on Feb. 21), PKS 0244-470 (0.3 on Feb. 23), and NGC 1275 (0.3 on Feb. 23).
  • Fluxes are in the unit of 10-6 photons/cm2/s above 100 MeV. All errors are statistical only.

Fermi LAT Weekly Report N. 245

LAT Mission week: 245.57 - 246.57

  • PKS 1424-418 detected all week, with a daily flux between
  • NRAO 676 detected on February 11, 12, 15 and 17, with a daily flux between (0.9+/-0.3)X 10-6 and (1.8+/-0.3) X 10-6.
  • MG1 J123931+0443 detected on February 11, 12, 16 and 17 with a daily flux between (0.9+/-0.3) X 10-6 and (1.2+/-0.3) X 10-6 .
  • 4C +38.41 detected almost all week with a daily flux between (0.6+/-0.3) X 10-6 and (0.8+/-0.2) X 10-6 .
  • PKS 1510-089 detected on February 11 and 15, with a daily flux of (1.5+/-0.2) X 10-6 and (1.2+/-0.3) X 10-6, respectively .
  • 3C 454.3 detected on February 11, 12 and 13, with a daily flux of (0.7+/-0.2) X 10-6, (0.8+/-0.3)X 10-6 and (1.6+/-0.4) X 10-6, respectively .
  • VER J0521+211, a TeV BL Lac with unknown redshift, detected on February 16 with daily flux at (0.9+/-0.4) X 10-6.
  • Sporadic activity (fluxes below 10-6): PKS 0454-234 (February 14, 15 and 16), PKS 0426–380 (February 15), W Comae (February 16).
  • Fluxes are in the unit of photons/cm2/s above 100 MeV. All errors are statistical only.

  • 4C +38.41 detected on February 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10, with a daily flux between (1.0±0.2) X 10-6 and (1.3±0.3) X 10-6.
  • PKS 0454-234 detected on February 5, 6, 7, and 9, with a daily flux between (0.4±0.1) X 10-6and (0.5±0.1) X 10-6.
  • PKS 1510-089 detected on February 4, 5, and 6, with a daily flux between (1.3±0.3) X 10-6 and (1.6±0.4) X 10-6.
  • 3C 454.3 detected on February 4, 9, and 10, with a daily flux between (0.6±0.2) X 10-6 and (0.8±0.3) X 10-6.
  • CTA 102 detected on February 5 and 6, with a daily flux of (1.5±0.4) X 10-6 and (0.6±0.2) X 10-6, respectively.
  • NRAO 676 detected on February 8 and 10, with a daily flux of (0.8±0.2) X 10-6and (2.3±0.3) X 10-6, respectively.
  • PKS 2149-306 detected on February 8 and 10, with a daily flux of (1.6±0.4) X 10-6 and (1.0±0.3) X 10-6, respectively.
  • PKS 2155-304 detected on February 4, with a daily flux of (1.0±0.4) X 10-6.
  • Sporadic activity (fluxes below 10-6): PKS 0426-380 (February 4, and 9), MG1 J123931+0443 (February 6), Mrk 421 (February 6, and 10), NGC 1275 (February 7), 3C 66A (February 8), S5 1044+71 (February 8, and 9), S5 0716+71 (February 9), PKS 1244-255 (February 9), PKS 1124-186 (February 10).

  • PKS 1424-418 was detected all week with daily averaged flux between (1.3+/-0.3) X 10-6 and (1.9+/-0.3) X 10-6.
  • 4C +38.41 was detected all week with daily averaged flux between (0.7 +/- 0.3) X 10-6 and (1.3 +/- 0.2) X 10-6.
  • 3C 454.3 was detected on Jan 29 through Feb 1 with a daily averaged flux between (1.1 +/- 0.3) X 10-6 and (1.9 +/- 0.4) X 10-6.
  • PKS 2155-304 was detected on Jan 29 with a daily averaged flux of (1.2 +/- 0.4) X 10-6.
  • PKS 1510-08 was detected on Jan 30 and Feb 2-3. The daily averaged flux was between (0.8 +/- 0.3) X 10-6 and (1.2 +/- 0.3) X 10-6.
  • Sporadic daily detections of blazars (daily averaged fluxes below 1X10-6): PKS 1124-186, NGC 1275, PKS 0454-234, PKS 0426-380, PKS 1124-186, PKS 1124-186, AP Librae, PKS 1502+106, CTA 102, PKS 1244-255, PKS 0537-441, S5 1803+784.

Fluxes are in the unit of photons/cm2/s above 100 MeV. All errors are statistical only.
