Fermi LAT Weekly Report N. 354


Covered period: 2015.Mar.16 - 2014.Mar.22
LAT Mission week: 354.57 - 355.57

  • Eta Carinae was detected on March 21 with a daily averaged flux of (1.8 ± 0.4).
  • PKS 1510-08 was detected all week with daily averaged fluxes between (0.9 ± 0.2) and (3.5 ± 0.3).
  • 3C 454.3 was detected all week with daily averaged fluxes between (1.4 ± 0.5) and (3.1 ± 0.4).
  • PKS 0402-362 was detected all week with daily averaged fluxes between (0.5 ± 0.1) and (2.5 ± 0.5).
  • PKS 0502+049 was detected all week with daily averaged fluxes between (1.7 ± 0.4) and (2.5 ± 0.4).
  • NGC 1275 was detected on March 17, 18, 21 and 22 with daily averaged fluxes between (0.6 ± 0.1) and (1.0 ± 0.4).
  • PKS 0426-380 was detected on March 16, 19 and 22 with daily averaged fluxes between (0.7 ± 0.2) and (1.3 ± 0.4).
  • 1H 0323+342 was detected on March 21 with a daily averaged flux of (1.0 ± 0.4).
  • CTA 102 was detected on March 22 with a daily averaged flux of (1.7 ± 0.6).
  • 3C 279 was detected on March 22 with a daily averaged flux of (1.2 ± 0.1).
  • Sporadic daily detections of blazars (fluxes below 1): Mrk 421, 1H 1013+498, PKS 1441+25, ON 246, OJ 287, PKS 0805-07, S5 0716+71, PKS 0454–234, PKS 2149-306

Fluxes are in the unit of 10-6 photons/cm2/s above 100 MeV. All errors are statistical only.

  • 3C 454.3 was detected all week with a daily averaged flux between (1.8 +/- 0.3) and (3.2 +/- 0.4).
  • PKS 1510-08 was detected on March 15 with a daily averaged flux of (1.5 +/- 0.3).
  • CTA 102 was detected on March 9 and 14 with daily averaged fluxes of (1.3 +/- 0.3) and (1.2 +/- 0.4), respectively.
  • PKS 0736+01 was detected on March 10 with a daily averaged flux of (1.0 +/- 0.3).
  • NGC 1275 was detected on March 14 with a daily averaged flux of (1.5 +/-0.3).
  • Sporadic daily detections of blazars (fluxes below 1):PKS 0336–01, S5 1803+784, B3 1343+431, S4 1849+67, PKS 0402–362, Mkn 421, S4 0814+42, S4 0954+65, PKS 0426–380, B2 1520+31, S5 0716+71, 4C +01.02, Mkn 501, PKS 0502+049.

Fluxes are in the unit of 10-6 photons/cm2/s above 100 MeV. All errors are statistical only.

Fermi LAT Weekly Report N. 352

LAT Mission week: 352.57 - 353.57

  • 3C 454.3 was detected all week with daily averaged fluxes between (1.6 ± 0.3) and (3.2 ± 0.5).
  • ON 246 was detected all week, excluding March 5 and 6, with daily averaged fluxes between (0.5 ± 0.2) and (1.2 ± 0.2).
  • S4 0954+65 was detected all week, excluding March 6, with daily averaged fluxes between (0.6 ± 0.2) and (1.3 ± 0.2).
  • PKS 1510–08 was detected on March 3, 4, 5 and 6 reaching a maximum on March 6 with a daily flux of (1.3 ± 0.3).
  • CTA 102 was detected on March 5, 6, 7 and 8 reaching a maximum on March 8 with a daily flux of (2.5 ± 0.4).
  • PKS B0027-024 was detected on March 5 in the daily time scale and on March 4 for the first time in the six-hours time scale with a flux of (0.8 ± 0.3).
  • Sun was detected in quiescent phase on March 4.
  • Sporadic daily detections of blazars: Mrk 421, NGC 1275,B2 1520+31, PKS 0402–362, 4C +01.02 , Mrk 501, S5 0716+71,PKS 0454–234,BL Lac,1633+382, PKS 0336–01, B3 1343+451

Fermi LAT Weekly report N. 351


Covered period: 2015 February 23 - 2015 March 1
LAT Mission week: 351.57 - 352.57

  • 3C 454.3 detected all week long with daily averaged fluxes between 1.5e-6 and 2.5e-6.
  • PKS 0502+049 detected in high state all week long with daily averaged fluxes between 0.7e-6 and 1.9e-6. The peak flux is reached on February 26 when it showed a 6h bin flux of 3.9e-6. 
  • S4 0954+65 detected in high state all week long with daily averaged fluxes between 0.7e-6 and 1.5e-6. The peak flux is reached on February 25. 
  • PKS 0402-362 detected in high state all week long with daily averaged fluxes between 0.7e-6 and 1.1e-6.
  • BL Lacertae detected in high state all week long with daily averaged fluxes between 0.8e-6 and 1.0e-6. The peak flux is reached on March 1.
  • B2 1520+31 observed in high state on February 23 with daily flux level 1.1e-6.
  • NGC 1275 (Per A, 3C 84) observed in high state on March 1 with daily flux level 1.0e-6.
  • TXS 2241+406 observed in high state on February 24 with daily flux level 0.8e-6.
  • B3 1343+451 observed in high state on February 24 and 25 both with daily flux level 0.7e-6.
  • Other blazars of the week (daily fluxes below 0.7e-6): PKS 0805-07, PKS 2326-502, S5 1803+78, S5 0716+71, Mkn 421, PKS 0454-234, PKS 0426-380, PKS 0301-243, PKS 0336-01, PKS 1532+01, PKS 2155-304, 3C 66A, B2 1144+40, 4C +01.02 (PKS 0106+01), 4C +21.35 (PG 1222+216).

Fluxes are in the unit of photons/cm^2/s above 100 MeV. All uncertainties are statistical only.
